Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Our web site is fully secure, so your card details remain safe.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We attempt to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (subject to stock and not including weekends and public holidays) For standard UK delivery, orders are sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery (3.95). For this service please allow 2-5 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) to receive your order. If you require your orders to be delivered the next working day in the UK only (subject to stock), then please select this service at the checkout. Orders required for next day delivery are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£6.95) Special Delivery orders must be placed before 2pm.
A signature is required on delivery for all orders. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the order at the delivery address.
Outside the UK, orders are sent by recorded Air Mail Post. We will contact you to advise delivery charges once your order is placed. Delivery times will vary between 3 days and 15 days, depending on the destination country.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product you receive is not suitable or faulty, return it within 14 days for a refund. Unsuitable goods must be returned in their original packaging and unopened to qualify for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. (Please note that postage costs are not refunded on goods returned that are unsuitable.)
