Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments as well as Paypal. All prices displayed are in Sterling. If you are placing orders from outside the UK you will be invoiced in Sterling. Your bank or Paypal will convert the transaction into your own currency at the time when the funds are withdrawn from your account. Please note that the exchange rate applied is entirely at the discretion of your bank or Paypal and Zest Essentials has no control or benefit from the rate applied to your account. Any such queries arising from exchange rates should be directed to your bank or Paypal.

We accept all major credit cards and our web site is fully secure, so your card details remain safe.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We attempt to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (subject to stock and not including weekends and public holidays)

Standard UK delivery (2.99) orders are sent by Royal Mail and take between 3-5 days to arrive after dispatch. Orders over £35 are sent free of charge by our standard delivery service. If you require your goods to arrive sooner, we also offer a Premium Delivery Service (UK Only) charged at £3.95 regardless of order value. Premium Delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail and take between 1-2 days to arrive after dispatch. If you require your orders to be delivered the next working day in the UK only (subject to stock), then please select this service at the checkout. Orders required for next day delivery are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£6.95) Special Delivery orders must be placed before 2pm.

A signature is required on delivery for all orders. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the order at the delivery address. Please note that all delivery times quoted abouve refer to 'working days'. Therefore orders placed during the weekend or public holidays, will not be dispatched until the next available working day, with delivery after that depending upon the service selected at the checkout.

Outside the UK, orders are sent by recorded Air Mail Post. The delivery charge is automatically calculated at the checkout - however we reserve the right to contact you to claim additional charges if the amount charged at the checkout is insufficient to cover our costs. Delivery times will vary between 3 days and 15 days, depending on the destination country.

If your goods are unable to be delivered because a wrong / incomplete address had been supplied, or there was nobody available to accept the order, then Zest Essentials will contact you to arrange redelivery if the order is still required. Orders that are redelivered will incur additional delivery charges, including orders that qualified for free delivery. You may of course cancel the order if you do not wish to pay the extra charges; however we will deduct the cost of the initial delivery charge from the value of your refund to cover our costs in sending the order. Ordrs that qualified for free delivery will incur a charge of £2.99 in this situation.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and any VAT charges will be deducted at the checkout
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product you receive is not suitable or faulty, return it within 14 days for a refund. If you change your mind and decide that you no longer require the goods, you may return them for a refund within 14 days. Please view our returns policy

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

If the product you receive is faulty, return it within 14 days for a replacement or refund. If you change your mind and decide that you no longer require the goods, you may also return them for a refund within 14 days.To qualify for a refund in this situation; goods must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition .This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Postage costs are not refunded on unwanted or unsuitable goods. Furthermore an order for unwanted goods that qualified for free delivery, will incur a charge, currently £2.99, to contibute to the cost of initially sending the goods to you. Goods returned for a refund that have been damaged by the customer or returned in such a way to render them unsuitable for resale will not qualify for a refund. They will be returned to the customer who will be liable for the cost of resending the goods in this situation

We advise sending returned goods by a registered delivery system as we can not be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit.
