Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £39.95
Standard Delivery is £2.99 for orders to the value of £39.95 and under. Orders over £39.95 are sent free when Standard Delivery is selected at the checkout. Orders are sent by Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch of order; a signature may be required upon receipt. This delivery method is available to all UK Mainland delivery addresses.
Premium Delivery is charged at £3.95 irrespective of order value and is available to all UK Mainland delivery addresses. Delivery is between 1-2 working days from dispatch of order, subject to availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail and a signature may be required upon receipt.
Next Day Express Delivery is charged at £6.95 irrespective of order value. Orders must be placed before 4pm, subject to availability. Delivery is scheduled before 4pm the next working day. (Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays will be treated as if the order were placed on the next working day and therefore delivered the day after that - eg orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday). Service is only available for delivery addresses in the UK Mainland. A signature will be required at the delivery address upon receipt of the order.
International Delivery is charged according to the weight of your order and the destination. It is calculated at the checkout. Please allow 5 working days for delivery to countries in the European Union, USA & Canada and between 10 - 14 working days for all other destinations. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For service, depending on destination country.(Orders from outside the UK & European Union are VAT free. Please note, that the VAT charge will be deducted from these orders at the checkout.) A signature will be required at the time of delivery of all International orders irrespective of destination country. Please note Zest Essentials cannot be held responsible for orders held by customs or for any import duties incurred.
Delays In Postal System - Please note that Zest Essentials cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to industrial Action, adverse weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or any other such event likely to delay the selected method of delivery.
Missing Orders - In the unlikely event that an order goes missing or is lost in the postal system, please note the following. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be lost unless it has been in the postal system for no less than 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. We are therefore only able to send you a replacement once the specified period has passed. If your item has not arrived within the specified delivery time, in the first instance, please check with your local post office as they may be holding it for collection.
If the person placing the order has provided a wrong address and the order is not returned to us, then we cannot be held responsible for the loss and a refund will not be issued.
If you wish to change a delivery address we will be happy to do this as long as the order has not already left. If an order is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, then the buyer can request that the order be re-shipped; however the buyer will be responsible for cost of postage, even if the order originally qualified for free delivery.
Customer satisfaction is our aim If the product you receive is not suitable or faulty, return it within 7 days for a refund. Unsuitable goods must be returned in their original packaging and unopened to qualify for a refund. Please note that if you return goods on an order that qualified for free standard UK delivery, a delivery and handling charge (currently £5) will be deducted from your refund if the total of the original order minus the value of the returned goods falls below the threshfold value for free delivery. (currently £39.95). Unwanted goods returned in an unsatisfactory condition will be returned to the customer and will be subject to a £3.50 handling charge per item to cover the cost of postage and administration. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note that postage costs are not refunded on goods returned that are unsuitable or wrongly ordered. Goods that arrive damaged must be returned in their original packaging before a refund can be given or a replacement sent. We will refund the cost of return postage in these circumstances. All returned goods should be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
