All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (subject to stock). UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£4.95) or Recorded Post (£3.95) Special Delivery orders placed before 4pm should, subject to availability and excluding weekends and holidays, be delivered the next day before 1pm. Recorded Delivery orders are usually delivered within 2-4 days. A signature is required on delivery of the order. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the order at the delivery address.

Outside the UK, orders are sent by recorded Air Mail Post. We will contact you to advise delivery charges once your order is placed. Delivery times will vary between 3 days and 15 days, depending on the destination country.

Returns

Your total satisfaction is our aim If the product you receive is not suitable or faulty, return it within 7 days for a refund. Unsuitable goods must be returned in their original packaging and unopened to qualify for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note that postage costs are not refunded on goods returned that are unsuitable.
